Access to cloud services is critical for building a comparative advantage and improving productivity. Cloud services were adapted rapidly during the pandemic with more than 60 million new digital consumers joining the digital economy and 9 out of 10 intending to continue to use them. Cloud Services are pivotal in enabling businesses to digitise and innovate with cutting edge computing and technologies as we have seen with the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data analytics on a global scale.
