Brad has 18 years of private equity investing experience across the Asia Pacific region and is a Partner at Advent Partners, a mid-market growth focused private equity firm based in Melbourne. His industry experience includes investments across software, healthcare, consumer markets, education & training, and business services.

Prior to joining Advent Partners, Brad has held senior positions at The Riverside Company, Australia New Zealand Banking Group and Ernst & Young. Brad is currently a Director of Flintfox International, Mandoe Media, and Junior Adventures Group. Brad holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from FINSIA. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
