Jeremy joined the AIC board in November 2019. Jeremy is a Managing Director at CPE Capital (CPEC) and oversees legal affairs for the CPEC Group and its investee companies, with a focus on transactions, risk management and governance.

Previously, Jeremy was General Counsel and Company Secretary at Accolade Wines, one of the world’s largest global wine businesses and part of the CHAMP III portfolio. In this role, he managed the legal, compliance, company secretarial, external affairs and government relations functions globally.

Jeremy qualified as a lawyer in 1997 and is admitted to practice in New South Wales, South Australia and the United Kingdom.
